Screen Printing
Screen printing is a technique where ink is forced through a mesh screen onto the provided surface below. This is a great, efficient process when it comes to replicating a design multiple times, to ensure consistency across all prints. We usually suggest this option to clients who need large quantities and multiple color prints.
The process is simple yet time consuming as it involves screen prep, design, printing vellums, and burning the screen. There's a lot of work that goes into one screen, but the uniform result is perfect for fundraisers, schools, large groups, businesses, and more.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of decorating items with thread. This technique is mostly seen on hats, apparel, blankets, and bags, but it can be used with many other products. It creates a classier, higher-end look, making your logo or design stand out and appear a little more professional.
Once you approve your virtual proof, we send your design to our digitizer to convert the design into stitches. We then run a sample sew out to assure the design sews perfect while matching colors as best as we can, to decorating your apparel.

Vinyl is another option we often use for products on a smaller scale for projects like school spirit wear, custom designs, personalization, names and numbers on jerseys, etc. This is the perfect option when it comes to wanting a shirt for a Friday night football game and is price effective when it comes to smaller scale orders and designs. We offer a wide range of colors, glitters, and textures and can combine them for any custom design you could want.
Vinyl products are created by cutting your design out of vinyl material. Then we use a heat press to transfer the vinyl onto the apparel. With the wide variety of vinyls we have to offer, we can press just about anything!
